Alignment isn't about doing more. It's about removing what no longer belongs so your life can finally move forward.
From the outside, your life may look successful. You've worked hard, overcome challenges, and kept moving forward. Yet deep down, something still feels out of alignment. Stress lingers. Old patterns keep repeating. Self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or past experiences continue to shape the life you're trying to build.
The truth is, lasting change doesn't come from understanding your patterns more clearly. You've likely already done that work — in therapy, in coaching, in years of self-study. What's been missing is the practiced, embodied skill of interrupting the pattern while it's happening, not after.
The Align & Achieve Experience is designed to close exactly that gap — over four immersive days of guided practice, nervous system work, and real-time application, in community with people who understand exactly what you're carrying.
9D Breathwork is a powerful, immersive experience that combines intentional breathing with cinematic sound, guided visualization, voice coaching, and carefully engineered audio frequencies to create a deeply transformative journey.
Unlike traditional meditation, 9D Breathwork actively engages both the mind and body — helping you release stored emotional stress, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Each guided session is designed to help you move beyond limiting beliefs, process unresolved emotion, and access the pause between trigger and response — not through willpower, but through a felt, embodied experience.
Tess has spent years studying emotional patterns — her own and other people's — and came to a hard-won realization: understanding a pattern isn't the same as shifting it. That distinction is now the center of everything she teaches.
The Align & Achieve Experience exists because Tess wanted to build the thing that was missing from her own personal development journey — a space designed not for more insight, but for practiced, felt, in-the-body change.
"I want people to leave a hard conversation and notice they're not reacting from the old place. That's the whole thing. That's what four days is for."
Reactive, not intentional
Disconnected from yourself
Frustrated that awareness hasn't changed anything
Exhausted from holding it together
Grounded and clear
Connected to yourself under pressure
Equipped with a practiced, embodied skill
Trusting yourself in difficult moments
"I already had tools for managing stress — but this showed me how mind and body work together, and how addressing the mind brings real relief to the body. I know my worth now, and I have what I need to keep building my best life."
Amie Allison — Licensed Massage Therapist
"Tess's coaching isn't one-size-fits-all — it's personalized to exactly where you are. I loved that our work was Christ-centered; that's where most of my breakthroughs happened. She's thoughtful, sweet, and truly gifted at helping people."
Molly Dixon
"I've known Tess since grade school, and she's always brought out the best in the people around her. Watching her do this work now, I see the same light and grace that's inspired everyone she's touched."

The Align & Achieve Experience takes place in San Diego, California. All registered attendees will receive full travel and venue details on October 1, 2026 — well ahead of the January event, so you'll have plenty of time to plan.
This immersion is built for people who have already done real personal development work — therapy, coaching, self-study — and are ready for the application layer, not another round of insight.
Payment plans are not available for this immersion. Full payment is due at the time of registration.
Refunds are available up to 90 days before the event (on or before October 30, 2026).
A full packing and preparation guide is sent in the weeks leading up to the event as part of your pre-event communication sequence.
Thursday: registration, dinner, and Opening Circle. Friday & Saturday: full immersion days. Sunday: Closing Circle, departure by 2pm.
The experience is designed with neurodivergent and highly sensitive attendees in mind — clear schedules, quiet spaces, optional participation, and multiple ways to engage in every exercise.
After registration you'll receive a confirmation email, a calendar invite for all four days, and a welcome message from Tess — followed by a structured pre-event communication sequence.
